For our Client, one of the world's largest manufacturers of consumer, business and industrial electronics, we are currently looking for an experienced Lawyer.
Opis stanowiska / Job description:
Providing legal support to the business in CEE region
Creating, verifying and modifying commercial contracts, legal opinions and documents
Providing advice on commercial issues as well as other issues, such as competition law, corporate law and contracts
Compliance activities
Supervision of legal documentation flow
Cooperation with local law firms
Participation in regional meetings and discussions related to legal matters
Cooperation with Central legal department

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
University degree - law studies
2-3 years of working experience on an independent position in a law firm or an international company
Practical knowledge of commercial and competition law is a must
Advanced level of English is a must
Knowledge of Czech language or any other language from CEE region would be an asset
Business approach
High communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as a team
Responsibility and orientation to details
Ability to work under stress in a complex matrix structure
