We Offer...
Managing a team of up to 30 Product Controllers, including all aspects of performance management, compensation planning & communication, career management including objective setting and performance appraisal, ensuring alignment to Firm Strategy.
Responsible and accountable for functional output, including the timely and accurate provision of KPIs/MIS to clients and management. Functional output consists of daily P&L production and monthly balance sheet validation.
Ongoing planning and execution of PC deployments into the site.
Management of key client relationships, many of which will be remote to the site.
Process improvements and playing a leadership role for pan-Finance functions within the Wroclaw site, including campus recruitment, training and development programs and other site specific initiatives.
