For our Client, worldwide known brand from finance & banking industry, we are looking for experienced Candidates for the position of Customer Service Agent with Italian language!

The primary focus of this position is to manage relations with Clients, gaining their trust and respoect. On a daily basis you will be responsible for investigations of all client matters.
deal Candidate should have at least 2 years of total experience (in working with Clients, international environment) and Master Degree. As you will be a part of international team you have to be fluent in English and Italian. We are looking for professionals with excellent time management and analytical skills, who are able to work independently and adjust to changing environment.
