Support Specialist with German or French

Wrocław

Tasks

Do you like speaking in foreign languages?
Do you like having contact with other people at your job?
Do you like working in multicultural environment?
Do you have an IT knowledge or you are eager to learn?

Tasks:
Answer phone calls from end users and resolve incidents
Register and track all incoming incidents and questions
Trouble shoot technical issues using personal skills, knowledge base, vendor literature and communication with team members

Required profile

Good Knowledge of German or French (at least B2 level)
Excellent knowledge of English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Environment/Microsoft Office
Experience in a customer service role is a plus
Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility to the customer,communication skillls
Nice and open-minded
