We currently have an opportunity for an individual to join Hays Talent Solutions Centre of Excellence in Krakow. Your main responsibility will be to work closely with Hays recruitment team from Germany in order to support recruitment activities across Europe.

Working on this position you will be supporting recruitment processes for German market in the IT Contracting area. The main focus will be on the sourcing part: you will be responsible for building up a pool of new candidates by sourcing, screening, phone interviewing, also registration of the interview notes and correct data enrichment into our database. You will be working with and maintain the target lists of candidates and companies, short-listing a pool of candidates for new vacancies for one of the biggest and most prestigious client in the investment banking field.

We are looking for an individual who has a minimum one year of recruitment experience, preferably in IT area, is well-organized, good team worker with excellent data management skills. As you will be responsible for pan-European recruitment projects, fluency in English is a must (fluency in German would be a strong asset). Ideal candidate is highly motivated, has great attention to detail and thrives on working in a fast paced environment.
