Custom Clearance Junior Specialist

Key responsibilities:
Taking care of customs clearance (export/import documentation and transactions)
Harmonization of tariff schedule and system code
Prepare and process all document related to deliveries, freight cost planning and custom clearance
Control of delivery dates
Allocating the correct license depending on type of goods being imported

Qualifications:
Good knowledge of German (B2 minimum)
Min. Secondary education
Willingness to work on shifts (24/7)
Good knowledge of English (B2 minimum)
Experience in liaising with customs authorities; familiar with customs/ excise duties & levies; penalties - nice to have
Knowledge on international freight & logistics distribution
Computer literacy - MS office
Accuracy and ability to work in a team
