Senior Accountant with German (AP, AR and GL) new established SSC

Kraków

For our Client, new established Shared Service Center in Cracow, we are looking for candidates for the position of Accountant with different level of experience (from specialist to senior), with experience in departments like: Account Payable, Account Receivable and General Ledger.

Hired candidates will participate in transition in European countries where they will have an opportunity to create GPM process documentation, gain new experience in transition and establish very good relationship with the customers.

Key responsibilities:
Taking part in processing of General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions in interaction with internal customers across Europe
Transitioning the finance and accounting activities from the local country finance business unit to SSC organization
Ensuring daily operations are carried out according to set targets and deadlines

Wymagania:

Relevant education and proven knowledge in Accounting/Finance
Min. 2 years experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable accounting in BPO/SSC sector
Fluent knowledge of English is a must
Good knwoledge of German
Strong process knowledge and business orientation
Good knowledge of ERP system
Experience in transition will be an advantage
Experience from SSC/BPO area including start up environment will be a strong advantage
Strong motivation to work in accounting in international team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Readiness for travel during transitioning processes
