Your new role
The main purpose of the role is ensuring correct and daily execution of key responsibilities in the FSSC according to the requirements of the Group Accounting Manual for specific area of responsibility (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or General Ledger). You will act as functional expert for specific area responsible for issue resolution. Your key responsibilities will include coaching team members, setting goals, evaluating skill development, developing individual action plans and training team as needed. You will issue resolution for service area. You will be accountable for day to day operations in accounts payable (handling incoming invoices, credit memos, down payments, reviewing vendor accounts, enriching vendor master data, reconciling vendor accounts, creating master data, handling of vendor queries, handling payment reminders).

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful on this position you should have previous operational and leadership experience in P2P (AP), O2C (AR) or A2R (GL). Experience in transitioning accounting activities and good knowledge of SAP would be an advantage. Fluency in English is required and knowledge of other European language would be a plus (Italian, French or German ideally). You may be required to travel from 1 day up to one week from time to time (5-8 trips in year).
