For our client - a well-known company from new technologies area we are looking for:
IT Service Desk with German

Location: Łódź


You will be responsible for:
contacting with end users, logging and managing incidents and requests (via telephone, e-mail)
providing in-depth troubleshooting and resolution of incidents caused by hardware or software with use of diagnostic tools
escalating potential problems and complex incidents
putting the date into the internal system

Requirements:
fluent knowledge of German in speech & writing (C1, C2, native)
advanced knowledge of English
very good interpersonal skills
communication - a lot of team work and cooperation with other departments
accurate and an eye to details
experience isn't required :)
