Customer Service Adviser with English and German
Location: Gdansk, Poland
This positon:
We are seeking a Customer Account Specialist with fluency in German and English who will support a wide range of technology applications used in managing content, document delivery and copyright. Working as a Customer Account Specialist you will be responsible for responding efficiently to a wide variety of client inquiries, done via phone, email and chat.
Requirements:
-Fluency in German and English is a must;
-High communication and problem resolution skills;
-Customer friendly attitude;
-Enthusiastic approach to team work (onshore and offshore);
-Ability to learn new products, software and services;
-Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment;
-Customer Service experience will be an advantage.
