One of the international shared services, located in Szczecin. Currently the company is expanding its team and looking for Application Support Team Leader.

Your new role

You will be leading a team of application specialists supporting a global user community. On this position you will be responsible for the resources and processes related to the application layer of the Sharepoint and Basware platforms; delivers development requests and project work. You will be also an active participant in all application related activities. Moreover, your daily tasks will be maintaining the team to increase efficiency. On this position you will cooperate with IT operations department to ensure continuous improvements according to internal procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will have people and project management experience (preferred from an international organization), working experience with vendor and stakeholders management and good business understanding. An ideal Candidate should be familiar with IT governance and prioritization processes and have working knowledge of Sharepoint or Basware. Fluent English, strong communications and analytical skills are also required.
