What will be You responsibilities?

Supporting the Clients in problems solving, customer care from German speaking countries
Phone and e-mail support
Providing solutions and ideas
High quality customer assistance

REQUIREMENTS

Proficient/fluent knowledge of German language
Communicative English (spoken and written, min. B1+/B2)
The experience in customer service will be a plus
Very good communication skills, patience, empathy
Team spirit!
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Ambition and positive attitude:)
Ability to incorporate immediately!
