At the moment we are looking for:

Project Manager - Industrial sector

Warszawa

Tasks

End to end responsibility for project management: scope, quality, budget, schedule, team
Reporting to management board project status
Day to day management of project development team: tasks distribution, HR, people management, team problem solving

Mentoring technical team
Defining and reporting to project manager project risks

Required profile

10 years of experience in Informatics
Engineer Diploma (MASTER 2 equivalent) Education from Industrial Informatics (Real time SW, C++, JAVA, Eclipse, Object approach)
Management Skills:
Demonstrating he has managed a team of 10 people on 2 project at least (at least 1 to 2 years duration each)
Good understanding of process (Review, Verification, Specification-Test, NCR management, as is/as built) similar/equivalent to DoD standard or ECSS
Good customer interface (in particular difficult contractual customer interface)
Technical skills:
Demonstrating understanding in SW Architecture, ICD, team coordination
2 Industrial Technical architecture/coordination experiences (at least 1 or more year each) (no SAP, Web or Mobile application, but rather industrial Hard real time, HW-SW integration, Applications/Automatism/signal or image processing)
Bonus would be some experience in space (but not mandatory)
