Training Quality Associate with German (start-up)

Opis stanowiska:In Summer 2016 new company will establish a Global Business Centre in Cracow. The scope of operations will include mainly Finance and Accounting as a strategic department in the Centre, HR and IT.
For the Client we are looking for experienced Trainer with German language .
The Training/Quality analyst is responsible for the training of new hires, the cross training of existing associates and reviewing the quality of work performed by all associates in Customer Finance. On this position you will be also responsible for review completed work for each assigned individual and audit for quality using the standard department guidelines. Your scope of duties will also include creating and conducting training sessions for all new hires and create an assessment of their performance which is handed off to the supervisor after the training process is completed.
To be successful on the role you need to have at least 2 years of training experience and 2 years of quality assurance experience. What is more, you need to be proficient in MS Office as well as have ability to learn new systems than may be launched in the organization. The ideal candidate presents ability to recognize trends and communicate them to the management team with the appropriate sense of urgency. The ability to document processes in a clear and concise manner for team members and other departments to understand is a must. You should be fluent in English and German.
