IT Support Advisor with French

Your tasks:- provide technical assistance to the French speaking customers
- diagnose and troubleshoot IT problems
- provide solutions and support the customer in implementation
- cooperate with other technical support teams and field service engineers
- check quality of service tickets in customer service applications
Requirements:
- very good communication skills in French
- good command of English in speech and writing
- knowledge of MS Office
- basic troubleshooting skills
- analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- customer and team orientation
- excellent communication skills
- experience in customer or IT support position will be a plus
