We help the greatest talents to develop their careers and enable leading companies on the Polish and European market to find the best professionals.For our Client, international well known organization for its Shared Service Centre, we are currently looking for candidates for a position of: Category Manager (IT infrastructure)Workplace: Wrocław ResponsibilitiesEnsuring the successful completion of all sourcing projects by achieving a strong commercial and contractual outcomeWork with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop sourcing strategies and make all necessary arrangements to ensure that cost, risk and service requirements are metDevelop a pipeline of sourcing activities in line with contract expiry dates, potential cost saving opportunities and new investment projectsBuilding relationships with key stakeholders in the Infrastructure category and prioritizing their needsEnsuring that critical suppliers within the infrastructure category are identified and properly managed in line with the company SRM approach in ensure full benefits realization and risk managementNegotiate complex procurement contracts with suppliers to achieve best valueDrive continuous improvement and innovation through supplier relationship management with strategic suppliers RequirementsExtensive experience in IT Infrastructure procurement, including: Networks, Telecoms, Hardware (end user, server, network),Hardware maintenance, Infrastructure and colleague services outsourcing, Hosting / Datacentres / Cloud servicesImpressive track record of progression within your IT Procurement career to datePrevious experience in supporting large and complex IT change programme needs (e.g. procurement of complex offshore outsourcing arrangements)Previous experience in financial services (insurance preferred)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA self-starter who leads from the front on sourcing projectsLine management experienceAbility to communicate key commercial considerations and risks to stakeholdersAbility to work in a dynamic and growing organization where the control environment is maturing and where there is therefore a need to be flexible and pragmaticVery experienced in reviewing and drafting service contracts, statements of work, software license terms and contract changes / variations.Able to manage and prioritize a busy pipeline and work on multiple sourcing projects simultaneouslyDegree-level education or MCIPS If you are interested please send your CV to [Apply online]
