For BPO company we are looking for:
Customer Service with German, English, French, Italian, Spanish
Location: Gdańsk

The agent will basically be the 1st point of contact for company customers; their primary responsibility will assist end users with FAQ and troubleshooting. The agent will login all information into the system and escalate all open cases to the BO team for immediate follow up actions with Local Subsidiaries. The 1st level agent will be responsible for the following channels:

Inbound and outbound telephony
E-mails
Internet Repair Requests
Chat
Back office
Information supervising and tracking to close (including repair and return goods)

Qualifications:

Ability to speak fluently the required foreign language (one of the following) - German, English, French, Italian, Spanish

Communicative English skills (for all supports besides English)
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Ability to read and write proficiently while multi-tasking (actively listening to customer and answering questions)
Courteous with strong customer service orientation
Good listening and responding skills
Working knowledge of Windows and Office applications and computer usage
Ability to understand technical problems
Technical interests and/or commercial approach will be considered an asset
