Business-System Analyst

For a prestigious IT project we are looking for:

Duties:

Working in a team that delivers global solutions
Conducting business and system analysis in IT projects
Participation in the application delivery for trade and order monitoring purpose by defining and/or configuring analytical models
Ensuring timely delivery of requirements in line with the stages of projects
Knowledge of business documents requirements and functional specifications as per firm standards
Active involvement in solution finding within the project (close collaboration with business, IT and other clients/stake holders)
Support of development team

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering in IT projects, preferably in Agile methodology
Ability to design process flows and write functional specifications
Experience in prototyping and using tools like Balsamiq Mockups, SnagIt
Very good written and oral communication skills in English (German would be an asset)
Experience in financial or banking field will be an advantage
A self-starter who can proactively engage with peers and clients to ensure timely completion of deliverables
Knowledge of project lifecycle, delivery methodologies; full project lifecycle experience
Flexibility, proactivity and self-motivation; strong team player with ability to work in a global environment

Desired:

Previous experience as tester or developer
Working experience with: Jira, SVN, MS Visio, Enterprise architect
Know-how of UML methodology
Knowledge of XML, Xpath, XSL
