Junior Email Marketing Consultant

Opis stanowiska:

Monitor and track all global triggered & Scheduled sends, raise incidents and escalate any issues
Work with teams across the business to solve incidents in appropriate response time to severity
Email hygiene management including opt outs, deliverability & bounce backs (Salesforce Marketing Clud, Exact Target, ESP) - there will training, for the beginners
Analyse work requested and ensure all detail is understood, agreed and valid
Support the global roll out of new triggered sends for new initiatives & projects
Work with Quality Assurance to ensure that email content is being served accurately for each territory
To ensure that communications are sent according to best practice and company & brand guidelines
Ensure that all global email content is regularly & accurately updated as necessary
Produce regular analysis on email campaigns and report back for all global markets
Work with the marketing tech team to overcome technical hurdles and increase efficiencies
Make recommendations for process improvements & better ways of working
Support other markets globally in their customer communications and email deployment

Wymagania:

Very good level (Fluent) of English, written and spoken

Experience of Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
Experience of the retail financial environment would be an advantage
Able to demonstrate flexibility
Concerned with fine detail used to a process of checking and double checking

Motivated, goal oriented and persistent
Capability to work within tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
Work well in a team environment with the ability to take sole responsibility for tasks
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well

Evidence of an ability to understand new ideas quickly and a willingness to learn business systems
Ability to form new working relationships quickly with both the immediate team and across the organization
An analytical mind, with a keen interest in results and performance

You will be educated to degree level
